Im in this dispensary on a weekly basis specifically for the in house made carts. I went in today to pick one up and no one was standing near or at the door as usual so I walked to the atm and went to pull out cash when from behind me the door guy demanded I come back and let him scan my ID and so I walked back to him apologized and handed him my id to which he then decided to remind me again that I shouldn’t have done that and I need to make sure I am always having them check my id first and I told him “no one was standing near the door so I was just pulling cash.” And he continued to get rude and tell me that “it does not matter I need to always do that first.” While laughing and acting very condescending during the entire conversation. I told him there was no reason for the attitude but he just continued to cut me off and continue to try instigate a argument between us and even told him to stop talking to me and I was then told I would be kicked out. I understand I need to have my ID checked the problem I have is that it was absolutely not okay for him to be so disrespectful and zero customer service simply because he wasn’t doing his job. – Sebastian Pennebaker
