My friend visited a cannabis store for the first time while in town, and we were impressed. The store is clean, spacious, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and kind. My friend misplaced his passport, and the entire team immediately offered to help us track it down using the security cameras. The guy checking IDs at the front door was especially cool—he's definitely an asset to this place. – Outdoor World

Have only had good experiences here until today. Went in with my husband, who is Mexican but here legally. The lady checking ids – Melinda – took a look at his ID and said “I don’t read mexican, I only read American.” He showed her where his birthdate was and explained to her that the language is Spanish, not Mexican, to which she said “if you have a problem then you don’t have to come into our store.” So wildly inappropriate, racist and not welcoming in the slightest. This is a tribal store, so we’re all guests on this land, but Melinda made it very clear that she feels racism will be tolerated here. We reported to another worker in the store, and hopefully this will be dealt with, but I am blown away by the hostility. – maya edwards
