terrible customer service. Nice people, but their prices have been going up every month for several months now. It's gotten ridiculous. They claim to have big sales, but that's just to disguise all the price increases. With all the marijuana stores in the local area, there's no reason to overpay for weed here. Other stores have nice people too. – Paula Holko

Turned me away for what I can assume is for having an out of state id. I’m confused because I never have had an issue before. Their machine didn’t “approve it” which doesn’t make sense because as I stated previously I’ve never had an issue with them before and ITS MY ACTUAL ID. They asked if i had a Washington id (hence my assumption) And of course i don’t the one I’m handing you is the only id i have. I offered to try it again after I wiped down the barcode, maybe something was blocking it. But they wouldn’t even try. It doesn’t hurt to try again. I understand that why they couldn’t let me in if the initial scan didn’t go through. But how the situation was handled by the people at the front made me feel insulted and not heard.
