Have only have 1 or 2 cartridges in the past 3 years Ive gone that dont work or stop working and both times they’ve been great and helpful. This time the 2nd cartridge I had gotten didn’t work right off the bat with my brand new battery, tried 2 other batteries, one being a different battery completely and nothing worked. Went to exchange and they took it back and said it worked, I was surprised so she took me outside to try, after 4 attempts I got smoke. She told me she won’t exchange, I should get a new battery and hopes it works this time. Tried again at home with another DIFFERENT battery and still doesn’t work – Lillie
The gals here are all super nice! I've only ever had 10/10 experiences with the workers, the shop is clean, and prices are good! The parking lot is funky though and people like to double park a lot so you might have to wait to park or park on the street right by it. – Lynn
They have the friendliest staff in town. Great prices too. They run a sale on the weekend where you got 20% off for being a Costco member. They have even started ordering more of a specific product I have a hard time finding so make sure I can find it. Give them a chance and I don’t think you will regret it. – Jimmy Froio
You should hear the things your vendor partners have said about this place. Apparently, the manager has operated this shop with a conflict of interest for years and has been called "spineless", due to her inability to control her own staff, who do as they please, including the consumption of cannabis on property. Also, in regards to one of your reviews, a vertical ID is not against LCB regulations. It makes you look incredibly foolish to state as such. Additionally, the managers replies are unprofessional and inflammatory. I suggest the manager take a hard look in the mirror and reflect how her lack of judgment has affected this shop and its reputation. At this point, it would be wise for the ownership to sell their retail license to a capital investment group or one of the casino-lords from Kush21 thats scooping up all the shops on Aurora. Cool place, sweet staff! Very helpful with me when I let the cashier that day know about dietary restrictions but still wanted an edible, so she helped me look. ðŸ˜What a sweetheart, I wish I remembered her name to thank her directly. Really good prices too. – nomisupernova
