I would normally give a five-star been going since you guys opened, i would gladly give you my phone number and i have never had to return anything never had any problems got a screw on cartridge asked if I didn't like it if I could return it and was told I could as long as I had the package and receipt within 10 days half way or more full, i came back maybe 24% missing and with everything and was told that they will exchange it for the same one but I did not like it soo that defeats… ( other employees also confused as I was, please see film ) i did let them know I just wanted to to use the $ towards and mfused tank i normally get… this happened at 9:40 or 10am July 12th… also manger for the very first time was very rude to me and just disrespectful and i never had problems with her before…. I kept a smile and stayed kind as u can and will also see in the video, words hopefully u can hear too. I just wanted to try something new and didn't realize this wasn't true was told by employees… I just got off work been up since 2 am … I am just mind blown … sorry to put this in reviews I couldn't find a way to contact above manager of store… – Crystal Bray

I was greeted as I walked in. There were 3 tenders on the floor all helping other customers.my wait time wasn't very long but I feel that it could of been shorter. My tender was knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted and he came through. I was very satisfied with the product that I received. 💯 I drove here from Hoquiam to the BudBarn because I can always count on this Bud Shop to be my 1 shop wonder. My experience was fantastic. In and out quickly with exactly what I wanted and more for less than I expected to pay. Top notch service from the staff. And David was fantastic let me know about the sales they had running on th products I was already there to purchase. Highly recommend to any one looking for regular spot!
