This place was AMAZING when it was the "West Seattle Marijuana Store" and I'd been going there for years. Nice big display cases you could take your time looking at to decide what you want, prices so low I used to drive across town just to go there after I moved, friendly staff. Went in there today and it's totally different and under new ownership. Higher prices. Display cases gone. Atmosphere different. It's just like any other run of the mill pot shop now. No longer worth going out of my way for. I'll miss what it once was. – CJ L
As a first-time customer, I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this establishment. The staff did not take the time to inform me about the daily specials or the weekly promotions, which I only noticed after my receipt printed. When I requested a swap, the manager was unwilling to accommodate my request. Had she demonstrated a stronger commitment to customer service, I would have been more inclined to return. Moving forward, I will be recommending and returning to the dispensary down the street. – Tomas Gonzalez
I miss West Seattle Marijuana Store :( The vibe after the change in ownership is tangible and unpleasant. While the girl helping me was super super nice, there was a guy yell-talking nearby so loudly that she and I couldn’t hear each other. What felt like a relaxed, friendly shop now feels seedy and unwelcoming. I won’t be back. – Tabby
