I am a frequent patron of Elevation Dispensary due to its conveniently close location, consistently excellent prices, and the staff's remarkable product knowledge. During a visit shortly before the holidays, however, I witnessed a highly disruptive incident where one employee was loudly berating and cursing at another within earshot of customers. This created a very uncomfortable and tense atmosphere that nearly caused me to leave. While another employee did apologize and assist me promptly, the experience of such overt negativity especially during the holiday season was unsettling and has made me hesitant to return. I genuinely hope this was an isolated incident, as I have otherwise valued this establishment greatly. – henry tables
I stopped in today to pick up some tinctures to help with sleep, and I was met with the warmest, most genuine energy. Isabella and Drew were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind — they answered my questions without rushing me and created such a welcoming environment. Their knowledge was wonderful, but what truly stood out was their spirit. I left feeling supported, understood, and uplifted. Isabella and Drew even shared information about local drum circles on Squaxin Island, which meant so much to me. This is the kind of place where you feel like a person, not a transaction. The two dudes who helped me out here were great. I was visiting from FL and they helped me get an excellent joint and some awesome chocolate edibles. I’ve been meaning to write this for a couple weeks but they were great and even gave me a couple shirts which was a fun souvenir to bring home to my best friend. Totally recommend, nicest guys ever. I was a little nervous going in alone coming from a state where you have to pay to be licensed, but they made the experience great and I’d totally go back the next time in Washington. 10/10 🩷 – Alyssa Palomino
