Good people work in this location, but that is all I have good to say about this store. Quality of products is all cheap and dry. The few good products they carry are gone quickly and take literal months to get back in stock at times. Today was my last negative experience here as I will be going to the new store solely now. Been consistent and spent lots of money at this location and today I was refused a discount because my ID says I live in ellensburg. A little extra piece.. they don’t even have a someone within the store that does orders. It’s done externally and obviously by someone who does not track or even slightly pay attention to what sells and what needs restocked. The owners really dragged this place down from what it could have been – Jordan Brewer

Got an eigth of frost factory tonight and it was super dry. Checked the harvest date and it was 1/23/2020 over 2 years old!! Next time ill go somewhere that has fresh products. – brandon esselstyn

I can't believe it took me this long to write a review.. I thought I had done this MONTHS ago and apparently I did not! Great place with great staff and a large selection of smokables, edibles, topicals and pieces to smoke from as well. *It should be mandatory for people to wear masks if they are going inside right now – Des Tiny
