First visit to Crisp. I’ve been to all cannabis stores in CT and have enjoyed most states recreational cannabis and experienced their process. Crisp has been one of the best, especially for customer service and ease of access. They provide pay ahead, and have a drive-thru window so you can get in-and-out quick. Lauren was great at the window, explained all discounts and even threw in a deal on something for a penny. I will be coming back, and you should too. I came in today feeling hesitant, but Lauren completely changed that for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I received exactly what I was looking for and did so with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She showed me the menu, asking caring questions to ensure that I walked out with exactly what I wanted. What really stood out was her attention to detail and how well she knows both the products and the customers. She was greeting people by name, which says a lot about the relationships she builds and the pride she takes in representing Crisp.
