Ive stopped here a couple times when low on herb. I prefer fine fettle prices typically for local prices (budr could really work on getting better prices compared to other local stores) but what makes this dispo worth coming back is the Exceptional, helpful staff.All staff has always been amazing, particularly Daniel and Matt are always super helpful, down to earth guys who know, and sell their product well!! With canabis industry growing these guys are some of the best examples I've met of people who can professionally sell product… hope all this staff is paid well because they deserve it:) – Cameron Chmela

definitely won’t be coming back. been here twice and the second time i was charged an additional $7.50 without anyone telling me, no signage or anything about the fees. that’s crazy to do in this economy! that is so misleading and completely took my trust away from ever going there again. and the guy on the phone lied! i don’t get charged those fees at the other dispensary up the street. – Kimberly

Went today and was disappointed with my experience. No help was asked which usually they do ask and help order with me today nothing so I used the kiosk. I intended to buy 1 gram vape but accidentally ordered .5 grams instead. Got to the register the person didn’t confirm the product before purchase which they usually do and I didn’t think to check I walked out to my vehicle and saw the item wasn’t what I wanted I went right back in the front desk person told me ohh it’s okay you didn’t open it right I said no I just walked out he said things happen they will take care of you. Unfortunately the people at the register were no help and said they don’t accept returns unless there is something wrong with the item. Very disappointed I spent $61 on a .5 gram vape ! That’s insane. I would have NEVER done that knowing I can get more for the same price. They offered me a percentage off another order…… like if that was going to make it better. The return policy needs some type of change because if you aren’t going to confirm what the person is getting at the type of check out and not help something gots to give!
