Nice selection. Decent location! Staff was quiet and did not offer much help/suggestions. Misleading price information. I paid once with debit once with cash. Both times I was mislead on price. I realize there’s a sales tax. I was told one price, but my card was ran for a different amount when paid debit. When I placed an online order the amount did not match up to what I actually had to pay in cash when I got there and cashed out. Naugatuck store is wonderful though! The staff here is great. I can’t say enough great things about the people behind the counter. However the management and pricing are both horrendous. Massachusetts is a MILLION times cheaper for much higher quality! Management also has a documented history of harrasing people who leave 2 or 3 star ratings in an effort to get them to falsely alter their review. – NYC Direct
Drove 30 minutes away in the rain to realize my birthday coupon expired that day. Would not help me out…I was a little disappointed and the lady manager would not help and was very rude. Will never be back. Don't waste your time they don't appreciate their customers! – T C
