I had a fantastic experience. All of my interactions with staff were of utmost professionalism and very knowledgeable about your product. – Eileen Law
Thomas was great, I had limited funds and wanted to see if I could afford an additional product. He didn’t make me feel uncomfortable for asking, He rang my items up and said we’ll see and it went through. He was great, very kind, and understanding. I appreciate people like this. He told me to stay warm during the storm ahead. Great Guy. – Sapphire Martin
Wrote to the chat this morning about my order for pick up. Spoke with Natalie who stated I could come anytime during operating hours for my pick up. I suffer very bad migraines and back pains which is why I asked if I could pick up early. Now I come to the waterbury location and they advised medical is only before 10am. Recreational is after 10am. If only I was told the right information the first time I wouldnt have to walk back to the car and wait another half hour. This is an inconvenience and misleading to many. Last time I will be going to any ZenLeaf dispensaries. – brooke durrett
Brenda is always friendly and it's always a pleasure to see her. I love going to Caring Nature Dispensary. They make you feel like part of the family. Great place, great service and great products. – Thomas Lyden
Let me be positive first. The store is very clean and the staff is very all very nice and helpful. I have bought from the Waterbury and Naugatuck locations and that is true for both. My big issue is primarily with their “house” products labeled as CTpharma/Encore. I’ve tried several CTPharma products that they sell and none of them are able to give the pain relief and anti-anxiety effects that I usually get from edibles. I understand tolerance however, I’ve given them several chances over the last year, and even taken over 3x my regular tolerance with these and still felt no effect from their edibles. I’ve had their CT Pharma/Encore chocolates, sativa gummies, hybrid gummies and indica gummies. I’m extremely frustrated because I spent nearly $70 on two products this past week, just for it to go to waste. And these are ALWAYS the products that the employee’s recommend. Their house edibles are a large part of their selection. I’m truly upset I didn’t spend that money on another brand or dispensary with a more effective product for me. I understand everyone is different, so maybe these products work for other people. But for me these products have been about as effective as taking skittles and unfortunately this often is not something that would warrant a refund or exchange. If I spend all that money I want the product to be darn good at its job! – Lea
