I give it a three because then men who work there know what they’re doing, are knowledgeable, professional and kind. So that’s good! but this one girl who works there, she’s the only one i see there is absolutely so disrespectful, i’ve been in customer service a long time, she doesn’t welcome me any time i come in, she sits there and waits for me to tell her what i want instead of giving recommendations or asking if im looking for anything specific. she gives me my things says the price and lets me walk out without saying “thank you have a nice day”. but every man i’ve seen with her in there she is flirtatious and kind, so im confused here and it doesn’t make my experience pleasant. i hate coming here when she’s here. her negativity energy gets passed to me and i will not be coming here anymore all because of her. – Jada Olson

Hands down my favorite dispensary in the Portland area. They have a great selection of products, the store is clean and laid out well, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. There's one woman who works there, Courtney (I only remember because we have the same name), is SO lovely and always makes my shopping experience delightful (greets me when I walk in, asks me what I'm looking for, makes great recommendations, etc.) I tell everyone I can to go to Black Bear for their cannabis needs. – Courtney Wedge

Walked in stressed, walked out speaking fluent inner peace. These folks know their flower — every jar smells like it’s been blessed by the Maine forest itself. Budtenders are like weed sommeliers: chill, knowledgeable, and somehow remember what strain I liked better than I do. Prices fair, vibes immaculate, playlist solid. BBB has easily become my go-to dispensary for all things cannabis. I stopped in for a quick visit and while I admittedly didn't know much about what BBB had to offer, the staff were nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions and made sure I would be happy with my purchase.
