Bought two carts. Both carts broke for no apparent reason, and staff refused to replace. (Edited on 02/15/2024). I'm not going to change my review much. I have changed my rating though. I want to be fair. The only thing that prevents this from being a five-star review is what happened. It happens, not every customer can have things work out the way they may want, but I'm a person of integrity and what's fair is fair. They provide quality cannabis products at a very low price and they charge no sales tax, so when it says $14.00 for a vape pen, it is $14. The pen is a nice device. Recently my device took a break, but it's covered by warranty. So I'm not worried. These folks cannot afford to cover a broken product, but they do excellent at customer service, the atmosphere is nice and tidy. They're not an evil corporation and cannot consumer's errors. If they could afford it then I probably wouldn't be coming here. I can't afford it either, but a difference between 5 star service and 4 star service is fair. They may not quite make 5 stars in my opinion, but work hard and provide a relief to others who may not be 5 stars themselves. I still shop here, even though I had a bad experience. – JENNY MOM4SLA

I wish I had a chance to give 20 stars. It's a rarity in this day and age to come across a business that engages with its customers, flawlessly friendly and informative. it could be their natural personalities or their fantastic product, but a more jovial and eager group I've never met. It's an even greater rarity to find fair value in a purchase made without pitch or pandering. Coastal Roots proves it's still possible to complete a transaction feeling you've received a greater value than the time spent earning the currency traded. It's important to know that you aren't just purchasing a fun vegetable, you are supporting a business that grows and nurtures its own product from seed to sale in the ultimate representation of standing behind the product they make. The home of the LUDICROUSLY priced $20 1/8th, $50 1/2 oz and the are-you-f@#&ing-kidding-me $100 oz… there is no reason a line should not form around the block at opening time, 6 days a week. Advertisement Shmadvertisement, these cats know word will get out and the business will grow as organically as their product. I'm sure it won't be long before they're going to need a bigger boat. The price point allows the aspiring smokers and veterans alike to mix and match strains.
