Loved the store, I’ve been shopping here since it opened, great product, great staff. I must’ve spent thousands over the years here. Today I bought a half ounce among some other items, started down the road. When I opened the paper bag I saw that I was an eighth shy, and seeing as the product only went from the store to my car ( which I searched thoroughly ) I called the store. I recall the tender being busy as all get out and I think they just missed weighing out a strain out of the 4 eighths. They said it happens and to come back and we’ll figure it out. That only turned into me buying ANOTHER eighth, and since the tender didn’t find it, he explained that I lost it. Now 3.5 grams of flower is not a big deal to me in any sense, however, to not be responsible in sales is. I am dissatisfied and disappointed. I’ve been a very loyal customer and now I’ll have to find a new store. EDIT – THEY MADE IT RIGHT, back to 5 stars thank you – Rory Kenny
Great place, great cannabis. Staff was very friendly and prices were very reasonable. Some reviews complain that employees won’t let them just use a med card on file, this is because that is illegal and dispensaries are required to see your id and medcard at the door regardless of if you have them on file. Anyways, coastal remedies has all kind of glass products, e rigs, and of course their large selection of cannabis. I would come here over most dispensaries around! – Immortal Cyclops
