I had such a great experience at Star Buds thanks to Angelina! She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Not only did she take the time to walk me through the rewards program, but she also let me know I had a balance I didn’t even realize—which ended up scoring me more than I expected (not mad about it!). This dispensary has additional parking behind the store (important if you're like me, since parallel parking on the street or trying to figure out where to park can be the most stressful part of any trip). Check-in is easy and, at least when I've been there, the most I maybe had to wait was less than 10 minutes, while sometimes going straight in. They have a great rewards program, an app to check out the deals ahead of time, and everybody is efficient, nice, and willing to engage in conversation. Budtenders Flower and Angelina, and all the staff, have put up with (and hopefully enjoyed?) my numerous questions and slightly distracted and chaotic train of thought… so… I highly recommend! – Alina Martin

I went today to get a couple roll ups, and I was helped by a bud tender named Zaza. her customer service skills are off the chain. She stayed within my budget and gave me the best recommendation based on what I asked for she was friendly efficient and you just don’t find that many people like her anymore. Thanks a lot. Very happy with everything about Starbuds Baltimore location. Great deals, great products. Personable friendly helpful staff. The delivery service is awesome yet a bit pricey. The pick up process works well and moves you through quickly. – Kerri Lipscomb
