First time here…new to Baltimore… security and the attendants had great energy and can’t remember her name but the woman who helped me was kind and welcoming…I had an idea of what I wanted but she still gave me info and made sure I was getting what I actually wanted and needed. Lateya was not only knowledgeable about the product, she gave the history of the person that produced it… she’s pretty, personable, and a great asset to your staff and company… every time I shop I want her to be my person!
