When you close the door on another human face who arrives when it says to arrive when a preorder is made it’s not only rude and disrespectful, it’s bad business all around, it’s no point of saying anything about 11pm. As someone who comes weekly and tips well it’s a slap in the face to close the gate in my face at 10:46 when that’s when to order is ready. From what i understand if the sale is processed before 11 you are within the policy guidelines. I’ll just take my business to the many other dispensary’s who have the courtesy of speaking to you like a human even in the midst of “closing” , this isn’t the 1st time employees here have let me down because of their apathetic behavior – Apex Collectors

Truly been having a bad couple days. I came in, greeted with lots of good vibes. Shaun helped me at the counter. Helped me look for what I wanted, let me know what they had and didn’t have or soon to have. He made my experience 10 times better (I’ve been a little anxious so talking to people can be hard for me especially since I don’t want it to be awkward)! 10/10, would recommend (Shaun specifically) – Myra Tay

This is definitely the BEST dispensary hands down I’ve ever been to.Wish it wasn’t so far from where I live. Every time I’m around the DC area, i go the extra way and stop by here. Staff is always so happy to be there and pleasant/helpful always hooking me up with the best discounts. They have all the elite skunk you can ever dream of ! – K

Habitually awful. Not competitive in pricing. No quality experience to justify. Always Closes early. Poor customer care. Unable to get product paid for in advance. Overpriced. Ms. Packman game looks cool ( store is dressed up but smoke 💨 connection experience & choices below par regularly) so yes game console on floor is just for show never 👎🏾 on. Remedy Baltimore is the worst experience I imagine just dope heads in local apartments go there. This location is hood: big time 🙂‍↔️ nope. – Lynne Rae
