They do it right here. Staff is knowledgeable and cool people. Everything is fresh. I love the whole weekend farmers market. Definitely my favorite shop in the greater portland area. I make the drive down from Auburn a lot to get their deal on cured badder. Their cured badder really hits well and is pretty terpy for cured. I've gone back now several times over almost a year and every time I go the badder is consistently great. They are always friendly inside the store and always willing to help out a customer.
