I stopped in on my birthday just to get a few things and Jennifer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve always had a good experience with the staff but Jennifer was by far the best. I just saw the response from the owner on another post saying they prioritize medical, then preorder, then regular consumers. I can say this is FALSE. As both medical and typically preorder I sit there in line and watch other consumers get called even when I’m the only one that’s medical. I haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing any expedited preference in my past few visits. Additionally, the “tip culture” on preorders where the budtender literally doesn’t offer any real assistance is a nuisance. I wait in line for 20-30min on a preorder and then receive lackluster service. Why am I tipping? Usually I do because I have had some great experiences despite the wait but this place has gone down in service and experience. – Shameka Rowe
