Do not come here!! THEY SOLD ME AN ITEM THAT I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT, WHEN I TOOK IT OUT THE PACKAGE the pre rolls were small. When I spoke the manager she became rude and aggressive towards me! The service was trash! 🗑️ I WON'T EVER RECOMMEND OR COME BACK!!! The security guard physically assaulted me to the point I had to call the police! This is her! – Stacey B

First time coming through. The lobby is nice walking in and you will get tripped out by the door. I swear. Did a pre order so I was in quick and I had a super knowledgeable and nice staff member, Kayla, answering all my questions and got me situated with a new brand to check out! Will definitely make it a plan to stop by whenever we’re in the area. – Mea Hwang

Lovely staff. I've become a bit of a regular and I have never had a bad experience. Prices and promotions will easily have you coming back. They are also pretty good at keeping the website updated on inventory, so you won't run into them being out when you get to store. The one time it happened to me, the staff immediately reached out to let me know so they could offer alternatives. Highly recommend Greenlabs. – Anja Bayer-Lohmann

If it could be no stars it would be. Terrible customer service. I didn't have time to go to the ATM today so I asked if they accept debit cards or if they had an ATM onsite & when I asked I was hung up on; I called back & the girl was extremely rude. Taking my business elsewhere; my daughter also mentioned that the staff have no education behind their products as she was given the wrong flower that kept her up all night. – Oopsy Dazy

I want to say the person who helped me was kind. My issue is that I am medical patient. I was never asked if I was recreational or medical and I was charged as rec. I’ve had this card for 5 years and that has never happened. I called the store once I left to confirm if I was charged as rec. The associate who answered confirmed that I was charged as rec. She didn’t offer to fix the situation. Instead she said I needed to tell the people. Ma’am ok sorry I’m used to professionalism at the dispensaries I frequent.
