As a frequent shopper, I’ve always valued the quality products and reliable customer service this dispensary usually delivers. I’m familiar with the high standards you’ve set and know firsthand how smooth and enjoyable the experience can be. Unfortunately, today fell far short of that standard. There was no communication about why customers weren’t allowed inside, and I waited over 90 minutes without any updates or assistance. It was especially concerning to see medical patients struggling with the delay, and no clear effort made to prioritize or support them. To make matters worse, I observed employees stepping out for smoke breaks while the line continued to grow, without any visible attempt to reduce wait times or acknowledge those waiting. I understand that unexpected issues happen, but proactive communication and attentive service should never be overlooked. – Angela Alston

Just shopped here for my first time. DJ waited on me. Knowledgeable, patient, and chill as hell. I rarely leaves reviews. But I was prompted through a text to leave a review with the assurance being that DJ would get a bonus tip or something. Well… Pay that man his money! But chill place. I'd recommend it. – Dave

Nice place. Terribly long lines at times though. Advice: prepackage orders. When we pull up or come in, it’s quicker to run our ID, quickly grab our preorder if we have one and then ask if we’d like to add anything. however, things obviously hinders this process such as orders made as they are in line or those who come in not knowing what they want, etc. So although it can’t be done at all times, it will shave down on wait times when able to do it. You could have a notification process for preorders to let someone know their order is ready to picked up. we don’t need those big ass black bags with the logo on it unless it’s edibles or a large order. just give us the small black lunch bag. And it’s honestly a waste to give us the big black one for such small orders as well. No shade though. Cool place. Cool staff.
