Amazing experience from start to finish! Austin is fun, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without ever feeling pushy. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable asking questions, and their knowledge really showed—they took the time to explain options and make thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for. The vibe is inviting, the energy is great, and the customer service truly stands out. Easily one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back! 🌿 – Vintrelle Hart
I went to this place back in January, I live almost an hour away. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. The girl when you first walk in was not in the mood to smile or respond to my hello, lol lol. Me: Hello (big smile) it's my first time here. Her: Medicinal or Recreational? I had to ask her to repeat because she said it so quickly. When I to the back the young lady with the crochet hat, earring in her nose told me they didn't have much flower in stock. I told her what I wanted out of the flower she made some suggestions but told me she don't do flowers, I asked her what she does she said prerolls, so I guess I was on my own. I was hoping the guy next to her would chime in to help me out but nothing. Well because I didn't want to waste no more of my time trying to be my own sales person I purchased a flower at $50 my intent was to get more because my drive is far and I am busy but I wasn't feeling it. Before I left the counter I googled and found another dispensary not too far away, I went there and the vibes, the people were welcoming, and the inventory was on point. I must say though the $50 flower I did get from here was really good but it's not the spot for me. – Queen Mom
I’ve been a customer of this dispensary for a while, but my most recent visit was incredibly disappointing. When I walked in, the store was unusually crowded. There were about 5–6 people waiting in the check-in area and another 5–6 in the back waiting for a register, all of which were full. I approached the counter and noticed three men standing near check-in but not showing IDs or actively checking in. I waited patiently as a line began forming behind me. Suddenly, two additional men walked in, brushed past me, flashed their IDs to the employee at check-in, and ignored both me and the growing line. After this happened the group of five continued lingering at the counter, preventing anyone else from checking in. After several minutes of this, I politely spoke up. Instead of addressing the situation, one of the men snapped at me and told me I needed to “be patient and wait my turn”. This was incredibly frustrating and frankly insulting, considering they were the ones holding up the line and two of them had just cut in front of everyone. When they finally went to the back, they skipped ahead of the entire waiting room and went straight to a register and just started to chat about the cannabis industry without actually purchasing anything. On my way out, I learned that the man who told me to “be patient and wait my turn” was actually the owner, and the other guys with him were his friends!!! It’s disappointing to see leadership model that kind of behavior. I understand being busy, but allowing friends to bypass paying MEDICAL customers and then speaking disrespectfully when politely confronted reflects poorly on the business and on the cannabis industry as a whole. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements fair, consistent policies for everyone walking through the door. – Amanda
Went in the other night the get a little medicine. Asked if they had any packed 1gram flower bags and they didn't . So I ask do they have any skunk #1. Which is one my favorite strains, and they had a 3.5 gram of it and happily bought it.. get home and pack it up. While packing it I could tell it was incredibly stale. Crumbled to dust. Take a puff and it's past smokable. That nasty stale taste that hurts your thought to badly..if any of you have ever tried to save a bud in a sandwich bag, and tried to smoke it 2 years later then you know what I am talking about. Anyway go back to the store with it the next evening and explain it to the store clerk, explain it to the manager.. sorry nothing we can do. I explain open it, smell it, take a bud in your hand. It's stale. It's not even smoke able anymore… yeah we can't open it sorry. The best we could do is give you 10% off another 3.5.. so basically they sold me literal garbage and all I wanted was a replacement of equal value and basically swindling a customer out of their money is okay… I don't care what state regulations you can't take it back you can't open it and look at it even.. then just give me a 3.5 that you owe me that isn't stale and I'll throw this out.. I've spent over $10,000 at thier store and you treat someone that's spends that kinda money with you. No.. means they don't care if your screwed by them or not.. will never go back.. most of the employees here don't even smoke and will try and recommend a strain like they know what they are talking about. I had fun with that, that one time.. zero stairs don't go here. Releaf is a million times better.. and I'm pretty sure they would of made the situation right.. DO NOT GO HERE. MANAGER IS – Pez ski
