The young lady at the door who scanned my ID made me feel like a regular the way she said "You're good to go gorgeous 😍 " then I get to the back and the AMAZEBALLS Nate was there for me and all my fiddy million questions, and each of his suggestions was on point. As I was struggling with a decision the lovely Meg stepped in and had the exact answer for my needs, and without words Ian let me know exactly how to use this new product, his demos were perfect. The woman at the front desk was rude. She told me that I was wrong for placing my order close to closing time and wanting to possibly change the order, because they were trying to go home for the night. Mind you, this was after I asked what’s the latest I could place an order and she happily told me 7:50pm. I placed my order 7:30pm The rest of experience there was cool, but the woman’s energy threw me off completely. – Crystal Gibbs
