I'm going to start with the employee first. Braelyn was the person who helped us, we were inside more then 30seconds and I hear "how can I help you?!" I a loud but welding way, just enough to be heard over the other customers. After going up to the counter my wife, he respectfully and kindly greeted us and asked "what bring you in today". Im not the most educated in this particular topic. Having educated staff is one of the most important things in any retail establishment. Also it builds relationships and confidence, thats how you grow a business. So not only was Braelyn knowledgeable, but he didnt rush us, he was patient, and most jmportantly honest, even at the expense of selling a product. If he didnt have confidence in something, you dony sell it, it can hurt yourself and your companies reputation. This establishment earned my business from now on, not just because theyre local, but because the customer service and knowledge of Braelyn and even the other staff i overheard while I was there.. the damn security guard was even polite and helpful. Oh, IT IS ONE OF THE CLEANEST PLACES YOU WILL EVER BE IN.. DO NOT LET THE ENTRY AREA FOOL YOU. PARKING IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND PLENTIFUL. – Billy Biggs

I really don’t know where to begin. This dispensary has by far been the best one I’ve been too. && I’ve been to quite a few. From the staff making you feel like family to the discounts && many different varieties that they carry. && I mean, flower, edibles, topicals, the different tools that you can use to partake, they have it all. They offer Medical discounts DAILY!! The atmosphere is beyond amazing && warm. Even when the loddy is packed they get you in && out. I don’t think I’ve waited past five minutes before being called back. I feel bad that I don’t know all my love bug names but I can def describe the best of them!! There’s Shawn, Braylen, the Ladies have been my day ones since the beginning (now has red locks && one has a nice natural blond colored short cut) I know descriptive. Djm 😂 but seriously they’ve helped my grandma on numerous occasions. I wouldn’t recommend any other dispensary. I seriously love everyone here && their products && pricing. – Vinnie Dublin

Megan was wonderful in taking my order as well as helping me with two questions I had related to glassware. On my way out she made sure I didn't miss a wonderful free meal from chic fil a. Overall perfect customer service and wonderful personality. – CrimZen Masters

Online ordering via Dutchie makes things real fast and convenient. I just walk in, flash my id, they say hi how's it going, give me my order and I leave. Monica was very pleasant even though we only exchanged like 3 sentences hahaha. I liked her vibrant eyeshadow. I will definitely come back here. – Dana Merritt
