Trulieve Lutherville Dispensary

Went in with no real idea of what I needed that day, just that I needed help falling asleep. This was 6/14/25, I waited a bit of time just to be sure everything worked and luckily for me it did! Spencer asked lots of questions and did an amazing job making sure I got what was best for what I was seeking. He did a very thorough job explaining each strain and why it would work for what I was looking for. I’ve been here many times before and this visit just solidifies that this the best place in town! Spencer and Hayden provided absolutely outstanding customer service! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I cannot stand this dispensary in any way shape or form. The STAFF are completely incompetent, rude and very unprofessional. I have been here 4 times total and 3 bad experiences. None were as egregious as 6/20 though. While they may have good sales, the staff is the reason I would NEVER patronize them ever again. I was treated unprofessionally and rude. As a medical patient of 10 years, I enjoy the dispensary experience and perks of medical. The staff and process at Trulieve diminish that. As I see by the other dissatisfaction of others, I am not alone. It’s so much more to say but why beat this dead horse. – MiMi Knight

I went in and had a pre order and was with my brother who was also there ordering his own stuff and I gave my medical card and mind you it is Maryland where it is recreational and me and my brother were trying to talk to one another and a very rude gentleman told us we couldn’t influence each others sale and he kept repeating it and not letting us speak to each other. It is my brothers first time smoking and he was buying his own stuff and he was just very rude and very unwelcoming his name was Charles and he was so unfriendly and unkind I will most likely not be back because of how he made us feel about specially because it was worth it when the employees are kind and welcoming and helpful but when they are rude like Charles the hour drive is not worth it! Especially when spending $350 dollars here!! – Megan Patterson

Was in yesterday with my mom and Alexzander helped her. She was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciate her taking the time to help so that my mom could make her purchase and not have to return at a later date. Thank you Alexzander! – Sarah Gangi
