Called asking for questions about strains and the best option for me. I was told that they do not offer consultations and to do my own research before buying. Other dispenses offer this, especially "wellness" oriented and medicinally inclined ones. I was very disappointed and may shop elsewhere if "buyer beware" is the standard. – S F
GO TO REMEDY DISPENSARY CLOSE BY!!! If I can give zero stars, I would anyway I’ve been coming here for a year and realize this whole time they’ve been not putting the amount they’re supposed to when I buy 8ths. this time I The top of my container only to find the plastic sealed under the cap was open. Reading these reviews if I go back and complain, they would not do anything and I would probably be banned just for exposing them and their horrible customer service. you can never buy a big amount over there for a good price. They always keep you from buying bigger amounts for a good price and only buying 1/8’s for a good price. They’re supposed to give you points every time you purchase I can’t count how many times they forgot to add my points and when I go and ask, it was a problem. It wasn’t their fault that I’m not entitled to those points. Please believe all these reviews they are not lying. Just go to another dispensary that is well established and treats their customers right. – R&Ks World
