Really hate making reviews like this, but I feel like it is very necessary. I have been a patient with them for the past six years I have never ever had a problem Until today I literally re-up on my medical card two weeks before it’s too I was in a little bit of a crisis today and stopped by the dispensary to find out that my card is expired for two days When I reached out to the office And let them know that my card was expired They told me it would be 10 minutes So I waited patiently About 30 minutes later, it was finally active But I literally had four panic attack, trying to reach this office and being hung up on which I feel is very unprofessional Especially when you hear someone in panic I repeatedly called and was hung up on Or sent to Voicemail I feel as if they were very unprofessional And is terrible to treat a patient that is struggling at that moment So with all that being said I will never be a patient of theirs ever again If this is how they treat patients, I feel sorry for their patience No one with disabilities should be ever be treated this way And inconvenient this way Highly suggest not to use them – Angela Tress
