Shoutout to Raven at Culta in Columbia, MD — seriously a 10/10 experience today. I came in for a 1g disposable cart and an eighth of OG Kush by District Cannabis, and Raven made the whole visit next level. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She gave me some great advice on hemp wraps and put me onto Blazy Susan’s, which I’m excited to try. What really stood out though was how much she went above and beyond. I mentioned how I usually don’t get stickers here even when I ask, and she came back hooking me up with WAY more than expected — a lanyard for my cart, 10+ stickers, a dab tool, a keychain, and even two packs of Roll One rolling papers. That kind of customer care doesn’t go unnoticed. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers having a great experience, not just making a sale. Raven made my whole visit feel appreciated and personal. If you’re going to Culta Columbia, definitely ask for Raven — she’s awesome. – corey godbolt

I'd have to say with today being my 3rd experience with this CULTA location, it was very nice. The staff were very helpful and informed me of great deals and made sure that my Veterans discount was applied to my order.
