I recently revisited this location. I was going there for at least 5 years. But I ended up dating a guy who worked there and thought it deserved breathing room. So a year and a half since I’ve been back. It’s different. I won’t comment on the selection. But the customer service alone is frustrating. Look, I’m 33. Which doesn’t mean anything. But I’m a very friendly, tattooed, massage therapist. And still, I’ve been spoken to like a dumb child. I understand that it isn’t anyones job to make you happy. But as someone who worked as a greeter, cashier, server, and now a LMT. Empathy and kindness matters. Your shit is not my shit. Having a bad day? Smoke some weed. Theres plenty there. I will go somewhere, out of the way, for how the people treat me. I will not stick around for this, honestly, unexpected behavior. It was long since I was back, so many were happy as a clam to see me. Wondering where I’ve been, etc. But the employees who don’t know me from two years ago, rude as hell. I have multiple examples, but all are here-say. Last night I was helped by a manager, Jake? Very professional, kind, amazing. Also, Collin, he’s my favorite, absolutely an Angel. See him. And tell him Chelsea Musick sent you. Maybe he’ll give you a big smile. If you’re like me, and demand respect from a place of business. Just be cautious. And be on guard. ✌🏻 As for me? I’ve reached my limit. And will not be returning again. UPDATE: unlike other reviews, no response from Zen. But I did receive a voice mail from a woman named Stephanie. (See photo) I think this is weird, don’t you? Idk, it just makes me think.By not replying on this review, there’s so no proof it was seen. But clearly it was. I’d avoid this place like the plague. P.S. they didn’t reply until after I posted the update. And I can’t reply to their comment. So this my response: Unless you hire people with empathy, we have nothing to discuss. I’m not wasting my time. You need to give your employees a reality check on being kind to strangers. ✌🏻 Another update 🙄: I was called again by a customer care specialist. And this morning I received an email. I’m attaching the email, and what I replied with. I know it might not seem like it, but I don’t enjoy being mean. But I don’t consider this review “mean”.
