Was kinda annoyed that they do not tell you or write it anywhere that your points will expire yearly. When I asked the staff I was told they just found out themselves. You need to add that in your award details page because where does it say they expire… Had I known I would have used them. But apparently no one knows this including your staff… the loyalty points is one of the reasons I kept coming back not sure if I’ll continue now after having to start at zero again when I had 400 points… loyalty point should not expire.. what was the point of being loyal if yall just take them back!? And not to mention.. I pre-ordered and got a text saying my order was ready to be picked up..but when I get there yall tell me you sold out…the hell kinda business running???? – Eliona Berry

I love this dispensary!! It's a very chill atmosphere & they're always nice with quick service. Charles was very busy but took the time to help me today. He was knowledgeable about the products & very patient, even though he was super busy. I would definitely recommend coming here & I would certainly like to have Charles as my Bud-tender again!!
