I get there at 840 security guard tells me they were close as I'm getting back into my truck another person pulls in and he lets him in. I really feel I was racially profiled I told that to the security guard who then proceeded to scram at me and tell me to leave. As a well known customer who spend thousands of dollars there a yea I really feel disrespected. I will be contacting management tomorrow since no one seemed to care to tonight. Michael was great, attentive and nice.. He even gave me some great tips on how to eat the edibles a different ways to.try them . By putting them.in the freezer for a few minutes so they can be crunchy or melting them down in your tea and drink it. I’m gonna try both ways come back in and let him know how I liked it. Closed doors at 8:30 when the website Cleary says 8:45 orders will not be available afterwards. They use to be great but now not so much. Very frustrating and disappointing especially driving from Calvert to here and to be told we’re closed at 8:30!!!!! Do better!! – Brenda Brabble

why does google say the store closes at 9 if the workers are going to pick and choose if they want to close at 8:30 or 8:45? if you’re going to close the doors earlier then have Google reflect that. don’t mislead customers knowing that the doors will be closed 30 minutes before advertised. the only time i have a good experience is if i know the bud tender or security guard personally. – NYLA
