Hey so last night my older brother took me along with him to this dispensary last night. Verilife is definitely top tier and comes very structured which I do like. JC who was there on 2/23 gave us great staff selection products and also gave us the scoop on deals. My name is Everett I also have Crohns disease. I had a wonderful experience at Verilife with Laurel as my cashier. The process was very simple. I placed an order ahead and arrived at the store. My ID was scanned by security at the front and then I was admitted into the the storefront front area. I waited in the queue and was called up by Laurel. They asked me if I found everything I needed an asked if I had any questions. Then we have a lovely conversation about the store and about how it was my first time in Laurel then showed me that they had some items on clearance and showed me a very good deal on 14 Gs. I selected the deal and there was a system error that a manager was able to quickly resolve. The computer had charged me extra for the product and the manager quickly stepped in to help Laurel resolve the issue and gave me $30 in store credit for the overcharge. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality products and wonderful customer service. – Kaitlyn Shanks
He thee BEST experience in the location in Silver Spring Md. of Ga Ave. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. JC was cool and easy to talk to. Leo next to us was doing the same for his customer . Jazz was very attentive and noticed I was eligible for a promotion and the Eagle fan Tia was nice even though my 49Ers beat her team.
