Curaleaf Dispensary Frederick

Placed an order online, they accept the order; I wait in my car to give them a chance to prepare. I go to the door nearly 20- minutes prior to 9pm closing. The doors are locked and the woman at the front mouths that they are closed. I show time to show it’s not even close to closing… she shrugs her shoulders. I really hate this location- the worst customer service and the only location that closes whenever they feel like it. Cults is a bit farther but worth it. I’m never coming back to this place and will share my experience and opinion to as many people as possible. I’d also like to add that they have a 2- star employee review on Indeed stating they are a terrible place to work. Not the energy you want to be around. – Alisa Delice

I’ve been coming to this place for years and it’s hit or miss. That mainly pertains to the employees. I like the products. The process is mostly easy. However, all of those things are not worth the customer service. I asked a simple question and I received no answer two times in a row. If you’re a medical patient and you ask what the excise tax is good luck. Even if you show the staff the definition they’ll still claim that they don’t understand or YOU don’t understand and it’s supposed to be there regardless of if you’re a medical patient. Really now? 🫩 Only dispensary in the area that charges me excise tax. And for the LAST time ✌🏽 And if the company is reading… Yes, I have my receipt. The same one that the manager tried to use to confuse me with by pointing out a different line item (clearly labeled sales tax) and said that sales tax and excise tax were one and the same. Smiling helpful staff greets and assists you, they always have some good deals, and tax free on Tuesday! Very clean and well run shop with an abundant amount of choices. 5 Stars! – Lance Day

Mini was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly patient while I was trying to decide what to get and took the time to answer all of my questions. Her recommendations were spot on, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. I'm so frustrated. I just finished my 7 hour drive home and realized that over half the products I bought were delta 9. I added 4 hours to my trip to swing by and get some product for home. I wish they had told me. The packages don't say clearly and no person at the store told me that I was buying gas station grade gummies. I spent nearly $200 on what I thought was an exciting stash only to come home and realize that it wasn't what I was promised. I'm so angry and disappointed. The staff was lovely and kind and the place was cute. But they didn't help when I got home and discovered in the SMALLL print on the label that it's mostly delta 9. Aka headache in a bag. It felt like the moment when you realize the chocolate easter bunny is hollow. I was excited and now have no way to fix that. Sad – LUKE Haynes
