I was greeted by Steph when I pulled up for curbside pickup. She called my name from the across the parking lot and at first I was confused until I looked up and saw who it was. She always greets me by name and is always just so bright and bubbly whenever I see or interact with her when coming to shop. Her customer service skills are top notch!!! Top of the tier products is why they get a 2. BUT THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL AND I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE THEY OPENED AND TRAVEL FROM FREDERICK TO SHOP HERE. I tried to obtain a winter TRILOGY hat. I was told you have to use points. I just spent $400! First I had to check back in only to be told IT TAKES 2 HOURS For points to post. Then tried to purchase the hat only to be told “THEY ARE NOT FOR SALE”. There was a day when LOYAL customers who spent as much as I do each visit were GIVEN GRATITUDE items. I’ve reviewed inner tubes, shirts, lapel pins, etc. Whoever these new people are don’t appreciate their customer base and made no attempt to “satisfy” my gripe, so to speak. Didn’t even offer it as a birthday gift as I will be traveling and unable to use the STIPULATED 40% off! This experience was not the norm, I am disgusted and unimpressed with this new staff. The manager that was on duty has NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! I’ll be shopping IN Frederick from now on. The extra perks of being a loyal customer are gone so I shall spend my $$ elsewhere! – Rhonda Watkins

My girl Steph is an ANGEL!! She is hustling during the busiest time of year!! She has been very kind & so detail oriented. This place was PACKED with orders and Steph was running around like a champ to get everyone their goodies (inside & at curbside) She truly deserves a raise!!! There was curbside orders out the wazoo and she was getting all of them done!! I saw a few orders getting mixed up with people, but she was there to set it all straight!! Regularly visit trilogy, today Josh F. was extremely kind and we had a wonderful conversation! He took his time, and even went back and checked me in again after he had already completed my purchase so that I could get an additional product!
