I love coming here to millersville location. Everyone is so friendly..Clarence was so helpful when i wanted to switch my flower for another another strain.. ( i'm bad for that one where I order online. And when I get to the store, I see something else I want and always switch my product.) I look for the highest in terps for a great price..i will alway come here.. – Eleni Karambilas
I come here once a week, more or less. I won't even try anywhere else. Everyone here is super friendly, and they always have great recommendations. They tell you about terms, what they do and in which strains they're found. They also have great sales daily sales, but Fridays are the best! – Teri Morris
Without a doubt one of my favorite weed shopping experiences ever. I've tried writing reviews multiple times but I've never been able to put to words how kind and helpful everyone here is. Special shout-out to April, Chase, and Donyá, who straight up exemplify what it means to work in customer service! Whether it's recommendations for/information about products, their efficiency as tenders, or just their positive demeanors and cheery attitudes, they've always got it locked down. – Frigid Blaze
I enjoy coming here, but I am a medical patient and at this establishment drive thru is medical only. I see constantly this drive thru is backed up with people either not in medical line (but still getting they’re order put thru) and medical patients who have not filed they’re order properly (leave the attendant leaving his post to go get the items that should have been ordered properly). If you are working the line please only allow the Medical patients to use it (don’t let them use it just this time) and if someone isn’t prepared meaning they placed no order please don’t hold up the line, thank you. EDIT: I am changing my review from one star to four, the manager reached out agreed that medical patients are priority when it comes to the medical only drive through line and they said they would try to prevent any delays in the future. I still enjoy using the drive through and it is usually easy, fast and convenient when you place your order properly. – Di Mil
I came in to return a THC gel I had purchased a few days earlier because the pump wasn’t working. I brought it back in the original packaging with my receipt, expecting a straightforward exchange. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was very disappointing. The employee immediately seemed annoyed, even saying “another return” over the intercom in a frustrated tone. When she asked about my medical status and I explained I’m a medical patient but had visited as a guest previously, her attitude escalated. She became visibly upset, called for a manager, and threw my my ID and medical card at him, that felt unprofessional and disrespectful. She then stormed out of the front desk room. To be fair, the manager handled the situation very well. He was calm, professional, and resolved the issue quickly. I truly appreciate how he stepped in and turned things around. That said, the initial interaction left a lasting impression. I’ve been a long-time customer of Mana in Edgewater and have always had positive experiences there—I spend a significant amount monthly and rely on these products for nerve pain after breast cancer treatment. Patients and customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially in a medical-related setting. – Stacey Smith
