I just left Columbia Care in Bethesda. I was escorted out due to the question I ask about policy. There's no sign that says they dont take any change as form of payment.( quarters) 5 dollars worth. I ask to speak to manager to inquire on policy that isn't written in store and on the website. The manager got upset with me. I told her when I came in it was really loud from the intercom and the staff talking laughing loudly thru intercom from desk. I said I will go get change I be back for my purchase.i was told not to come back .I ask why? Security was called and I was being escorted out. I came out in the rain on the bus to get this medicine. I was very humiliated , i frlt discriminated against and taking thru unnecessary changes all cause I questioned the policy that's not present visibly. The manager was nasty and insisted to deny me services . I'm filing a formal written report. I didnt. see any signs that said no phone use. I have video. The security person didn't understand what was happening here either, calmly did his job…yet asked why as I asked why was i being denied services and escorted out and barred. – Pam Ray

This store has selections that are reasonable. * * * No one cares how nice a store is or how friendly the attendants are. Jack was quite helpful when explaining the atm and debit system. Also they answer questions if you aren't sure of something, you can just ask. Or you want a recommendation, favorite flavor, latest sale, etc. – Stephen Brooks
I love that the budtenders have so much personal knowledge of terpenes, compounds and product variety. They can offer great suggestion with health and science based information beyond personal preference. It also seems notably safe with security and friendly environment. – Bryar Welton
The staff, I'd give them 10 stars all of them super nice, but flower 0 stars. Last 10 packs no good at all. Will never buy flower here again straight up. Even some snoop dog strain was all dry no smell no effect even. I gave yall 10 tries to redemption way too many. – Yiannis
