I can’t overstate how appreciative I am of Carlos‘s attentiveness, knowledge, patience, and exceptional customer service. I’ve been to nearly every dispensary in the Maryland area as a medical cannabis patient in the state for the last five years. The industry is racked with problems. The quality and care and baseline customer service available at dispensaries has been a frustrating & forever challenge. Quality service, products, prices, and an actual pleasant experience has been the exception to the norm.
