What People Are Saying

I presented my Maryland medical cannabis identification card along with my valid government-issued identification. The budtender informed me that my medical cannabis card was “expired” and treated it as if I was no longer a valid patient. However, Maryland no longer requires patients to carry a physical medical cannabis card, and patient status is verified through the Maryland Cannabis Administration system along with an active certification and government-issued photo ID. As a long-time Maryland medical cannabis patient with active certifications, I expected staff to be properly trained on current Maryland cannabis regulations. Patients should not be turned away or given inaccurate information because an employee is unfamiliar with changes made by the Maryland Cannabis Administration. I hope management provides additional training so future medical patients receive accurate information and professional service. My first experience at this location left me frustrated and concerned about the level of knowledge being provided to patients who rely on medical cannabis. Thank you for your response. I believe my original review already provided the details necessary to understand my concern. Rather than asking me to repeat the same information by email, I would encourage management to carefully reread the review and focus on the issue that was raised. My concern is not about a product, pricing, or a simple customer service misunderstanding. My concern is that a staff member appeared unfamiliar with current Maryland medical cannabis requirements and incorrectly advised me regarding my patient identification status. As a registered Maryland medical cannabis patient with an active certification, I expect dispensary employees to be properly trained on current Maryland cannabis regulations and procedures. I hope Trulieve uses this as an opportunity to provide updated training so that other medical patients do not encounter the same issue in the future. That is the resolution I would most like to see come from this experience. – Jose Daniel Martinez

My experience here has met beyond my expectations. Everytime I come to this dispensary, the staff is always very professional, polite, and very well organized. Not to mention the manager Alexis is very helpful when unsure about products. She will offer suggestions based on what you're looking for and not to mention their prices, quality and quantity is the best in the area. Trulieve is definitely worth it !!!! And you get daily deals. – Joyce Nsiah

Aubrey always provides such an amazing customer service experience every time I come in! She takes the time to really get to know her customers and always gives thoughtful recommendations that never disappoint! Her kindness, knowledge, and consistency truly make the experience stand out. – Natashia Boston

This is my first time at this location. I would because it’s super close to the family that I was visiting. But I was extremely disappointed at some of the things I noticed while there. First, the TERPS were not showing online. As a medical patient that’s the number one way that I search for my medicine because it lets me know what’s inside of each strain based on my needs. So not having that was extremely frustrating. When I showed Up to the dispensary, it took a good 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. There was no one at the reception desk, which was slightly frustrating because I was in a hurry. Overall slightly disappointed. But I did give them three stars because they had amazing deals that day. And I couldn’t miss out on those prices. With other dispensaries local and in the area that I’ve been to and had better service I’m not sure if I’ll return – Tatyana Mack

I arrived on time & i was denied entry from picking up my medical purchase by closing 30 minutes early. Just change the time to 9:30PM for the store so you wont waste peoples time anymore like you just did to me. Be adults and communicate. – Jaye C
