Absolutely stellar service. Not only were the prices GREAT and I got a discount for it being my first time in the store, but the checkout girl (don’t remember her name 🥲 but she’s a super cool) gave me advice on what kind of prerolls are offered and which would suit me best. She also recommended a lovely place nearby where I could go to smoke. Not only that but she was actually kind enough to walk me across the road, tell me about the area and point me where to go. (Only a 2 minute walk from the store). She was so kind and made small talk with me and even watched my bags while I went to the restroom. She is truly a shining example of customer service and a blessing to the shop. I will be revisiting any time I’m in that area of Boston and will recommend it to all of my friends who might come through the area. It’s located only about a 5 minute drive from the airport and honestly in such a charming area. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because that’s what it deserves! – Alex Hallex
First experience at the store was very pleasant! Warmly greeted and checked in for my pick up order and walked directly up to the counter, where I was kindly served by Juan David. He was very personable, friendly, and efficiently reviewed my order and helped add on another item as well- per suggestion of Manager Greg. Store is clean, well decorated, & in a good location despite no parking onsite- (city street only but, directly across many public transit options) Products are reasonably price & service was above satisfactory- would make the trip again. . .
