‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️I want to share my experience here because it was completely unacceptable. I ordered a vaporizer online from this store and picked it up in person. After leaving, I realized that I had been given the wrong product. I returned to the store within about 10 minutes and calmly explained the situation. I had specifically ordered a sativa model, but they gave me a different brand that was indica. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff tried to convince me that the order was correct. They claimed that the word “indica” on the product could be confusing and insisted that this was the model I had selected. However, I clearly showed them my order — both the model and the type (sativa) were completely different. Despite this, their explanation made no sense. I had my receipt and asked for a return, but they flatly refused. On top of that, the staff spoke to me in a mocking and dismissive manner. As I was leaving the store — with no other customers inside — one of the employees shouted “IDIOT” at me, openly insulting me. Let me be very clear: Do not come under this review later to apologize or claim this was a “misunderstanding.” Simply review the security camera footage from December 25, 2025 at 7:05 PM. The insult will be clearly visible and audible. There is no excuse for this behavior. They gave me the wrong product, I went out of my way to return and correct the mistake, they refused the return, and then I was verbally insulted. This was one of the most humiliating and disrespectful experiences I have ever had in Boston. Completely unprofessional behavior. – Josua Alvarez

Prices are very fair, good vibe, and the service is quick. Usually no line, you’re in and out within 3–8 minutes with what you need. Staff is friendly and everything runs smooth. Definitely recommend – M.A.

Go to Union twist down the street instead, it is cheaper and better!!!! Casteleaf raised the prices out of nowhere, and it’s so rude how they told another customer in the reviews that they have weed in their “budget”. That person clearly has enough money but they want to pay more for the same weed especially if they’re loyal like me to your establishment. Now I will never go to castleleaf again because of your horrible management. Not even letting the customers know. All my friends stopped going last week because of the price change, I couldn’t believe it. And don’t reply to me saying you have weed in my budget because I’ll spend any amount of money but other people like Union Twist down the street has better prices than you guys so we’ll just go there. Union Twist, Union twist, Union twist is better and cheaper and better management. – John M

This place Forever had a Bud Counter that was 90+tax for any strain. Went last time and they raised the price on half the counter to 115+ tax … Most was the same stuff they had forever for 90. Not worth it now :( to bad. Used to go every week – my friends and I get better prices at UNIONTWIST 2 mules away – T _gon_
