Usually, I go in there and it’s OK it’s peaceful but I guess today the boss was there and today I really needed someone to understand. The lady helps me out as complicated as I am. I’ll tell her your headache is here and she understands me like OK so what do you need today which I love but today I got the boss and he was completely rude because I told him that his worker understands me better and that I don’t need the menu because she helps me well enough to not need it and I don’t understand it. Long story short I was playing around and I said he’s being an ass because he was being mean, like “you’ll have to wait after the gentleman since you want to go to her about it. I was like you mean after the lady because if I go to her line he’s coming to you sir he got mad.. I finally get to the lady and said he’s being an ass and then he quickly came over like “I’m an ass,?” I said yes you’re being mean for no reason .. he replies you can’t get any service if that’s the case I’m like today or forever? He ignores me I asked again he turned around like cardi b and say FOREVER 😭. I think he needs to smoke because his attitude was uncalled for from jump. He was mad that I wanted his worker to service me instead of him and I think that that is just straight out rude. Well I’m no longer allowed to come back. The work is there are amazing but the boss he might need to go to another dispensary and see what they have so his attitude can be humbled. BROCKTON WOULD NEVER 😭 – Tamika Rice

I tried them yesterday… bought 2 packs that was supposed to be 3.5’s and the pack felt so tiny… got home something told me to open them and scale it. Scaled 1 pack it says 2.6… went to the other it said 2.9… like thats crazy then have the nerve to charge $12 for tax. My first and LAST time going there. – nai Young

What can I Say?!? First and last experience here. customer service trash. Both employees see customers enter and they look at us and continue talking about irrelevant things. Yesterday, at 10:30am, I had the worst customer experience ever with a female receptionist, a female manager named "Shanae", and an aggressive short dark-skin bald cashier. They had no problem kicking me out of the store, because I had a thin cloth covering my mouth for allergy and flu prevention reasons. I was discriminated at the door, and denied service for not removing my medical mask, even though, I've presented my valid driver's license and purchased several times in the recent weeks. I wear it at work, travel, transact, and everything I do. I repeated asked to speak with a manager or owner to escalate the incident. They refused to give me a business card with the contact info of the owner. I should've called the Boston Police at this point to make a police report. So I left, after strong resistance of 3 employees at the door. At home, I immediately emailed the store about the incident, and hoped that the owners would look into the surveillance footage, to confirm my side of the story. To the best of my knowledge, there's no posted sign indicating of such policy change at the entrance. I've been going there a few times, once a week, in the past three weeks to purchase products, NO PROBLEM! I was usually greeted by two elders in the late evening times. By "elders", I mean respectable grown folks , who treated me: the customer, with courteous, respect, and care. Great customer service and reception to say the least. I just assumed, the elders seemed to me, to be the owners. I wanted to speak to THEM. At this time, I do not believe the owners are at fault in this incident. To the best of my knowledge, just the three employees were unprofessional and simply needed training or a reminder on customer service, and business regulations. I will not return to this store to purchase anything, until the owners contact me directly to remedy this incident. I was really looking forward to discover the different great products and deals, the store has to offer. It's conveniently close, but unfortunately, the staff was highly unprofessional, on a power-trip, and had no care for the customer needs, nor the store's longevity. Yes, you all know that frustrating and disappointing feeling of not being able to get your medication, as expected. Sigh. I was also discriminated, and treated like a criminal. #Worst Customer Experience Ever I will continue to go to my regular dispensary, with my hard earned money, who has NEVER asked me/a patient/customer to remove their medical masks, especially after ONLY a valid state id, is required at the door, for entrance. Please make it make sense. Employees at dispensaries simply do waaay too much, when it's not even their own business to take such action. As a small business owner and entrepreneur myself, I wanted the owners to be aware of their STAFF IS TURNING AWAY GOOD CUSTOMERS, who are not a danger/threat to the business.
