Although Trinity Naturals offers an impressive selection of products, I had a very disappointing customer service experience. I had purchased a specialty bong cleaner, one of those trendy accessories that are part of the smoking culture. When I got home, I immediately regretted the impulse buy. However, I wasn't worried because I had the receipt and assumed I could return it. A week later, I went back to Trinity Naturals to get my $13 back—the price of a large cheese pizza! I presented the unused cleaner, with the seal still intact, and my receipt. To my surprise, they informed me that they couldn't process a refund. I was shocked. They explained that their policy only allows refunds for "defective" items, a crucial detail they failed to mention at the time of purchase. I pointed out that the product was brand new and that I had just been in the store a week prior. I could tell the employee who sold it to me remembered me and seemed uncomfortable with the situation. Still, the response was a firm, "Sorry, it's our policy." It’s a frustratingly common line in any industry, and the marijuana business is apparently no exception. While I genuinely appreciate their diverse product range, the way I was treated felt unfair. It was a matter of principle, not just the money. Because of this experience, I will likely not be returning to their store. – Peter Marder
