Came in for some rosin and ordered ahead. Product was great and the prices were reasonable. What wasn’t great was my encounter with the aggressive toddler of a man at the entrance/front desk. He would benefit from some customer service training. I’ve never encountered such a power trip from anyone who works in the cannabis business. I won’t be back. – Talia Rizzi
I didn’t like the experience I had yesterday this Asian male that was helping me was rushing to get to the next person in line and that made me feel un easy and almost made me twist my arm and break a nail trying to put my bag on talking about let me help the next person in the line just to have me going back and forth it was exhausting it makes not want to work with him any more they need to do better when it comes to helping the first person you are with not rush to get to the next person very unprofessional – kalemah james
I love these newer set of workers. Miria, Kiara, Kyra are the most helpful and kind workers I’ve ever met at a dispensary. They make me exited every time I come in. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else and I’m look forward to getting more! – B S
