After going to the dispensary at Brockton 5 corners on N. Montello St. & purchasing these cannabis-infused chocolate-covered espresso beans that did abs nothing, I came here instead & told them about what happened. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, explaining that they should have done a better job serving me by asking some questions first before just handing me a product. The guy helping me was very prompt and super nice! Plus I had only come to this particular dispensary because they were the only ones nearby open at 9am. I’m usually pretty satisfied w this dispensary, but I won’t say it’s the first time I’ve gotten faulty product. Usually I’m the type to deal w it and consider it user error but today I went back to get a replacement for a cartridge that was 70-80% full. The cashier was super nice but after quite a bit of time and some comments from a manager I was given a 20% discount. Meaning they took THEIR faulty cartridge and STILL charged ME for the replacement. That really didn’t sit right w me because I’ve already paid fort it and now I’m being charged once again. That really doesn’t sit right me. If I had known that’s how they would handle it, I would’ve kept the bad cartridge and just given them the bad review for once. Like I’m doing now………. 👎🏾 – riley rebel14
