I absolutely love this dispensary. I first went because I’d heard about these 1mg mnm type edibles that I got for my mom for Christmas – she doesn’t partake in cannabis usually but wanted something very low dose she could use to have a little bit of fun on a Sunday night doing laundry or getting ready for bed. They were perfect! She calls them her “happy pills.” Needless to say I’ve come back several times for the excellent product selection, amazingly friendly service, and great discounts + events! Every Friday educators and students get a 10% discount, and there are daily specials! Today for 4/20 I popped by to watch live glassblowing of pieces and ended up enjoying a plate of free Jamaican food with my cannabis purchase! It’s great to have such an awesome business so close to home – I have only wonderful experiences to report. – Sophia Castillo

The customer service and management team were not very helpful and could use some additional tact when dealing with recurring customers. I'm really disappointed about this place based on my recent interactions with Molly. I have been going here since they opened, but taking away my loyalty points without letting me know was extremely unprofessional. They offer certain supply items for free in advance and then I come to find out they used my points instead. Please train your staff on the proper handling of basic activities such as this. Update 1/3/25: This is a follow-up review based on my experiences since my last interaction with the establishment. The manager, Molly, gave me a call subsequent to the review I left and expressed her regret in how things were originally handled and even offered up a discounted product upon my next visit, which I thought was a nice gesture. I stopped by this afternoon and the employee helping out mentioned that there was a note she had to read in connection with the product offer that specified I needed to delete the review in their presence prior to them giving out the product although this caveat was never mentioned by Molly during our phone conversation. I thought this was way over the top and made me feel as if I was the guilty party here – all for communicating the facts of what I experienced firsthand. As I didn’t believe this was the correct way of handling things, I told them I would not accept the offer and simply paid for the product I wanted without any concessions. This whole ordeal was heading in a positive direction after Molly spoke to me on the phone, but guessing there was some internal miscommunication as the way it came about upon my subsequent visit was completely unexpected. I fully anticipated revising the original review subsequent to the visit; however, the interactions I had with the employee this afternoon, who appeared to be guided by a manager on duty behind closed doors (i.e., they never came out to discuss the situation with me face to face), continued to leave a very sour taste in my mouth, prompting me to address the situation yet again. As previously mentioned, I have been a long standing customer of this business and have had very positive experiences for the most part. Unfortunately, these last few touchpoints have gone downhill so hoping the management team considers this feedback as a means to improve operations on a go forward basis. – Bedcelona Hostel
