This is a great new spot, but they really need to figure out a better pre-order system or hire accordingly for their busiest times. The wait time for pre-orders was much longer than the wait for walk ins which obviously isn’t ideal for anyone who was trying to avoid lines by pre-ordering. Either stop accepting pre-orders at a certain point (where you aren’t able to accommodate the volume of orders in a timely manner) or have more people working pre-orders instead of two people taking walk ins and one taking pre-orders. Pre-orders that were already ordered should be prioritized over walk ins. – Yuliana Vega

Service and everything is good but they do not give you back the $3 card fee like how they did before. They just keep it illegally with out letting you know. The dark skin dude in the front who scans the card was just on his phone all day ignoring every store phone call.. he even looked at the phone and said NOPE – Abando Bro

By far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a dispensary to this day. Staff was very fast and organized amidst the rush of people. Keebo in particular stood out in particular moving fast and calculated to make sure that each customer in his line was taken care of. A+ for sure ! – Josh B
