Embr store layout was perfect for newcomers to know what is popular and on sale. I had this cashier named Nala and she was absolutely perfect with customer service/Walk in’s. She made sure I was looking for the exact amount, flower type, and the strain I was specifically looking for. She also helped me out on making sure my order was completed to my exact satisfaction. Please check your goodie bags and joint tubes before buying. Normally I have a great experience with Embr. But as of the past few orders I've gotten, either the joints I get are limp and empty or the oz I Normally get is short a few grams. I could remember the date I remember the young man’s name because of how unique it was his name was Amen I must’ve asked him 30 questions and this man didn’t Frustrated by any of them, even when I was wrong on what I believed was the pricing the way he explained it to me made me feel like even though I was wrong I’m not an idiot which I could really appreciate very kind.
