I took the trip up to Mass from CT because I am sick of the awful product at home . And I guess I should of stayed home. Came to this sketchy little dispo yesterday and asked what the best cleanest brands are and was told KYND was one and different one.. needless to say I got KYND fried Ice cream and Pineapple Express from NEA and first off they are both radiated garbage , they both smell of awful mildew and mold, I smoked both and ended up with the worst headaches and stomach aches I have felt in a long while, I don't think I even gotten anything In CT this bad…I am convinced I was sold moldy weed and the worst part is I can't even do anytjing about it… I don't get it. Why would they recommend two of the worst brands …clearly this weed has mold if it's being radiated and I was totally looking to avoid radiated garbage and find clean healthy weed . Neither of these strains are that. Do disappointed 😞 And i truly feel sick from these – Mark Plavecki

Everyone here has been helpful, sociable, patient, and kind along my journeys here! This isn't always an easy industry to work in, but everyone here hustles to provide for themselves and/or their loved ones and I am grateful that West Springfield has such a fantastic team working there. *Adding that everyone there has been nothing short of amazing and helpful, even on the busiest times. I don't do well with names, but Scott comes up a lot when I am there, and does his absolute best to not only own the company brand, but be a cool regular go-to guy just to share experiences and say hello…Scott (and others besides) have kept me from running to a bar or a package store. Bought a vape cartridge that didn’t work. Wasn’t able to take even a single hit out of it. I even thought maybe my vape battery was no good so I ended up spending money on a new one and the cartridge still didn’t work. They would not replace it since it was a couple days outside of the 14 day window. I’ve never had to return anything there before so this was a first for me. I drove from ct to mass to deal with this in person. I explained that I was not happy about not having a broken product replaced and that I felt strongly enough to not come back, to which the customer rep got upset and asked if I was threatening him. I was not, I was simply explaining where I was at with the service and product quality since no one want to pay for something that doesn’t work and then be told that they would have to pay for another one. Not sure why they would rather lose customers and revenue over a one time $20 comp compared to the years of only visiting this dispensary. Will not be going back. – Jack Kissane

This place is nothing but frustrating for in store shopping. Today I waited in line for 8 minutes while people who just came in were prioritized before me because they had an online order. I told them to close my account and I definitely recommend 6 Bricks over the rude behavior of poor fettle. – John Williamson
