I have been here several times, Canna Provisions is my first stop when I go to Massachusetts. Overall the staff is very friendly and there is a great selection of products. I do have 2 gripes however. One is the specials, every time I go I have to ask about it to receive it. This could be the spend x amount and get a pre roll for a $1 or spend x amount and spin the wheel. It’s never offered I have to ask. There’s been a couple times where I forgot to ask and completely miss the boat. I know it’s while suppled last but if they ran out or aren’t running it, that should be stated. I always spend way over the amount required. The second is the go halfzees bud. I used to get those half oz products and they had nice, good sized nugs. Now they’re always tiny popcorn buds. – Michael Jones

This store not only carries everything that I would want & need but is the most artistically & aesthetically pleasing establishment I have ever been to! I would absolutely without a doubt recommend this business to family, friends, or strangers in need of a product that you carry; Or just to check you out!! This place also is filled with such good vibes! I didn’t not know what I wanted or needed when I arrived!! BUT thank God Jamie, JJ, Diony, & Lane were there!! Switched here from Dazed in Holyoke, prices there were sky rocketing. The amount of products they had on site and in person did not match. The environment was awful sometimes. Today, I went here for the first time and I know I'll be staying. I love the prices here especially the carts. The selection is great as well. In stores, there's more merch and accessories. It's not corny though. It's things people will actually buy. Look, I don't like bringing business down but this one compared to Dazed is amazing. The employees were extremely nice, especially the woman who checked my ID. She was the sweetest. The guy who checked me out was super cool too! Vibing to the music, interacting with the other guests. It was a vibe there. I definitely recommend this. Checkout online was easy and simple. When I went to get my order, no hazel whatsoever. The cashier checked my id for my name and we were done. The orders in the back are extremely organized as well. Unlike Dazed, they have bags and orders mixed up. – Kylie
