Theory Wellness Chicopee: Recreational & Medical Cannabis Dispensary

Based on my first visit a few years ago…the stars have risen but there are still more stars rising to come! I am a Massachusetts Certified Medical Marijuana Patient, so I am a huge fan of medical based dispensaries that also offer similar to exact products to choose from for recreational customers. I did not have great customer service over on the recreational side before I applied for a medical card but I do not want to assume that is the reason why. My experience most recently on Tuesday, 06/17/2025 was very simple and very great. I preordered for pickup, and was served quickly outside of the extra conversation about personal health experiences and the next best product for "extra voice relief" aka dealing with the affects of schizophrenia which is very active in my current living and resting communities. It has caused physical, mental and emotional stress which has negatively affected my overall health (head to toes). I purchased Theory Wellness' "Theory's 1:1 Salve: Extra Strength" which is a combination of multiple cannabinoids including THC, CBD, CBC and CBN to heal blood stream and nervous system damage caused by psychological physical abuse. I'd like to thank the employee by the name of Josh?, I forget…who helped my purchase along. Be back soon for sure and Pete Hegseth says, "Hello"! (Do not know him personally but I guess I wish I did, maybe my life would make more sense). :) Do you all have any 'sex dysfunction or abuse' counseling? The staff is so kind and down to earth. The building is always immaculate. Great prices! No complaints! I drive to MA, an hour both ways because it's worth it. CT shops are not as nice and the staff is not as friendly. – Erica Brannen

I placed a pre-order, got a message my order is ready. So did my sister. But when we got there she couldn't find it. She was nice and filled both orders for us. Good customer service, but I don't understand why both orders weren't there. This is the second time that happened. – Teri Erco

I believe his name was Steve that helped me. He was very helpful when i had asked about needing a battery. He had all the info and knowledge I needed to know about it before I made the decision to purchase it. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful when I come in. My last trip to the Chicopee store, had a surprised greeter come out one of the workers brought their dog in as a greeter. It was the highlight of my day to be greeted by one of the most cutest greeters ever 🥰❤️ Such a very friendly pup as well. – Allison Therrien

Very disappointed today, service usually ok, but nothing incredible; today I had a different experience. I made the trip specifically to buy a seasonal beverage which was in stock, however I was unable to complete my purchase due to the items not being entered properly into inventory. The manager, Jen, was informed of this issue; rather than attempt to make any effort to rectify the situation, she chose to laugh about it and walk away from the issue. Very disturbing that this dispensary does not have a good hold of it's inventory system, or take those issues seriously. The customer service issues created by this lapse in inventory management, which I understand is supposed to be quite strict under Massachusetts law, also not being taken seriously shows a lack of care about business or the host community to that business. – John Polchlopek
