Great experience last night with Samira. She was very knowledgeable about the products I was inquiring about, and helped explain the effects of the different letters (CBC, THCV, CBD, etc.) to me. Samira held a professional demeanor throughout our interaction, yet made me feel very welcomed and never judged. I appreciated her promptness in grabbing the items too. Sometimes when you go to a dispensary it can be a very stoned process, where the employees all seem very out of it. Not here, great experience. Love this place. And Samira deserves a raise! First time visiting this dispensary last night and I had a great experience! Value-wise, their prices are competitive and they run good specials and sales. But this place stands out for its service and the knowledge of the staff (big shout out to Lyra here)!! I sent a pre-order and one of the items in my order was marked by the grower as bud, but felt more like shake in the bag. I didn’t even notice. Lyra pointed it out to me as a heads up, so I could decide if I still wanted it. To me, that’s outstanding service and I really appreciate her for letting me know. This place (and Lyra) clearly cares about making sure their customers are happy with the product. I did end up picking something else and I’m very happy with my purchases :) this dispensary will be my new “go to” and I would recommend them highly! No pun intended lol – Andrea Taylor
Chris is always busy working and when we’re lucky enough to have him as our bud tender, he’s always knowledgeable, personable and takes his time to make sure we’re getting what we want… Without being slow. I’ve enjoyed getting to know him I want a slightly personal level, Adversely I have enjoyed running in and running out when I was having a bad day and needed to be quick. Jamme was wonderful! Everyone else working there made me extremely uncomfortable. Usually I go to the one in Springfield* but I said something else when I mentioned this and the guy mocked me…. anyways, great prices, really great prices, and Im happy with the price. Weird atmosphere but Im not there for long. And Jamme was really nice and made the experience much better. – Emily
