As a customer, the overall atmosphere at this location is noticeable and, at times, concerning. There is a consistent sense of tension, and employees often appear visibly stressed or disengaged. While individual staff members remain polite, the environment does not feel supported or well-managed, which ultimately impacts the customer experience. The handling of holidays was particularly striking. The business remains open during all major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, operating at normal hours. From a customer standpoint, this feels unnecessary and lacking consideration, especially when it is clear that employees do observe and value these holidays. There did not appear to be additional staffing or support in place, and employee fatigue and frustration were evident. Many customers would reasonably expect reduced hours or closures on major holidays, and the absence of such consideration was disappointing to observe. There also appear to be ongoing issues with the company’s website and internal communication. Customers frequently reference information they have seen online, only to find that in-store employees are unaware of these details because they were not informed or updated. This results in confusion for customers and places employees in the difficult position of addressing discrepancies that are outside of their control. Overall, this business would benefit from greater attention to employee well-being, clearer internal communication, and more thoughtful operational decisions.
