Had a rude customer service person serve me. I told the girl at the front desk that takes your IDs that the woman I dealt to with was being a little rude but to have a nice day. Instead of managing the situation and saying thank you or I can talk to her (even if she doesn't wasnt) she instantly copped an attitude. Respectfully, I don't care who your sibling is if your job is in customer service do the job and give some customer service. I asked a simple question and immediately got a rude response. Mind you I came in with a positive disposition and greeted the girl at the front desk warmly. Very disappointed. The interaction was unnecessarily hostile.Smh – French Smith
Been going here for years but they've seriously fallen off. Recently bought a misleadingly labeled "live resin" cart that was 0.005% (no joke) live resin and the rest crappy wax and plant terps. Sold at live resin prices. Also got suspiciously packaged gummies. Reached out directly and never heard back. I'd stay away and go to any of the much higher quality shops nearby – Josh Tomazin
Update: Prices are up, so is ripping people off. This location is not associated with any other western front's. The others have been bought out by someone else. So trying to get anyone to help me was not possible. There was a glitch when making a purchase, Western Front says it's Cash app fault. Cash app says it was Western Front's fault. Either way, $46 was gone. I disputed it with cash app and it was denied because I had no proof that I did not receive the product. Western Front refused to give me ANY kind of proof. The person at the counter kept repeating "It will bounce back in a few days" loudly and wouldn't let me speak, per usual. He has done this to me before. I ordered 1 gram of banana cream, at $34.99 on the menu. I got there, was given 500 mg. I didn't realize it until I got back home. I went back and the lady at the window said that it doesn't matter what the price is on the menu. And a bunch of other stuff about taxes that had nothing to do with my issue. I told her you need to honor what's on the menu. She proceeded to tell me that she would have given me 30% off something else but could not exchange the cartridge. But she said I was too rude and needed to leave.I just asked questions. I have been going there since they opened. I won't be going back. – Lalita Gragg
As a Central Square resident, this is a convenient location for a dispensary for me, but even if I had to travel, I would. I support all of the dispensaries but between this location and the Harvard Square location(I just discovered), the budtenders warrant patronage. They are always friendly and funny and I genuinely enjoy chatting with them. Happy these guys are a part of the neighborhood. – shalian aponte
