She took the time to ask questions about what i liked and what i was looking for and then suggested items that would fit. She was very patient with my questions and there were lots. She is amazing. I always get good service here, but Nekisha really stood out. From the moment she greeted me, it was clear she genuinely wanted to help. She answered every question without making me feel rushed or pressured. She clearly knows their products. Instead of giving vague suggestions, she explained the differences between items, what specific ingredients or features did, and why one option might work better than another.
